Shipping (Canada Post)

Our standard method of shipping is Canada Post Expedited.

Once a package leaves our Shop/Store location, we have no control over its movement. We can't guarantee a date that your order will arrive.

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days.  If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, we will ship on the next business day.  We ship with Canada Post - shipping requires a minimum order of $25

Shipping rates are:

• Orders of 0-$29 - C$13

• Orders of $30-119 - C$15

• Orders of $120-Over - Free Shipping​

Soybean Essentials is NOT responsible for stolen parcels. If a parcel was left at your address and has gone missing we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf but we will not re-ship or refund your order until the courier deems the parcel as lost or undelivered. 

 

All orders are now sent with full insurance. This includes orders over $100.00. 

Canada Post orders of $100 or less before tax are insured by default.

Orders over $100 before tax will have additional insurance added to cover the value of the order. 

Orders over $200 before tax will still require a signature for delivery, but now will also have additional insurance added.

If you would like "no signature required" please add a note to your order. NOTE: Choosing "no signature required" will void all insurance on the parcel including replacements or refunds for any damages or losses. This applies to all couriers. 

Additional insurance does not guarantee a full refund of your purchase. The courier must still investigate loss or damage and decide on any payouts.

Purchase Pick Up Locations

When your order is ready for pick up, you will get an email notification.

We offer pick up at two locations, please wait to be notified that your order is ready prior to coming to either location, approximately five business days

Pick Up Locations and Hours are:

• Soybean Essentials Store:  35 Rayborn Crescent, St Albert

  • Tuesday to Friday: 10-5pm​  |  Saturday: 3:30-5:30pm

• Bountiful Farmers' Market: 3696 97 St NW, Edmonton

  • ​ Friday-Sunday: 10-4pm  |  Saturday:  9-4pm

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in St Albert and Edmonton area for $10 and Free local delivery for orders $150 & over

Please inspect all product upon arrival - any problems must be reported within 72 hours
